COH Fall Youth Lock-in



Sometimes, you just need to have way too much fun. Join us for a ridiculous and wonderful night of faith, fun and fellowship at Community of Hope. You can expect:

-To eat yummy food, to get to know students in the different grades at COH better, to bond with your team during our annual (and ridiculous) “Fall Olympics” games, to have group time seeking God and worshipping together at midnight, to laugh, play music, make art, watch a movie, catch a couple hours of sleep, to wake up with morning “Wooomba” (our version of Zumba), and to finish with a breakfast of champions. It’s going to be a smash.

WHO Can Come:

This year’s lock-in is open to students from 7th-12th grade who have a completed permission slip from their parent/guardian. Students do not have to attend Community of Hope in order to join us, friends are welcome. Parents of students are also welcome to join us for some or all of the fun!


Friday, October 26 at 7:00 PM to Saturday, October 27 at 9:00 AM.


Community of Hope Church, located at 1435 West Royalton Road in Broadview Heights, OH.


Cost for the lock-in is $10.

What to Bring

-$10 admission

-Completed parent permission slip (we’ll email this to you to print and complete!)

-A sleeping bag or sheets/blanket, and a pillow (girls and guys sleeping areas will be separate)

-A jacket for outdoor activities, weather-depending)

-Modest pajamas (or just wear comfy clothes and stay in them the whole night)

-A Bible, journal and pen

-A toothbrush if you want to feel refreshed at that weird about-to-be-morning-but-we’re-still-at-church point of the night

*A NOTE ON CELL PHONES: Students can bring phones or iPods with them to the lock-in, but we’ll be encouraging them to keep use to a minimum so that they can get the most out of our time together!

Will my student be safe and chaperoned?

Yes! Ensuring students’ safety and well-being is our top priority. We will have trusted, background-checked chaperones throughout the lock-in, and parents are welcome to join us as well. Once the lock-in begins, students will not be able to leave the church unless a parent arranges with Jojo for early pick-up.
