What is the GIVING TREE?
Each year, it is our privilege to share hope and joy with local families at Christmas through our GIVING TREE. You can participate by choosing a tag and following the directions below to ensure it is delivered by Christmas Eve to the family in need!
How do I participate in the GIVING TREE?
Choose a gift request tag from our GIVING TREE at the Connection Center.
Add your name to the FAMILY Sheet for that tag’s FAMILY # & specific gift. This helps us to know that all gifts have been accepted by someone so no one gets left out! Keep the gift tag in a safe place to be attached to the wrapped gift! The tag allows us to identify the family and person receiving it!
Purchase the gift.
Return your wrapped gift to the Connection Center at COH no later than Sunday, December 15th. Please wrap each gift separately. Most importantly, please attach original tag (or a removable tag with the family # and gift description) so we can make sure we get it to the correct family and correct family member! Timing is key to ensure all gifts can be delivered to families the weekend before Christmas Eve!
Check off your name on the FAMILY sheet so we know the gift has been returned. You can also let someone at the Connection Center know so they can check it off for you.
When are all gifts due?
Once again, please have all item(s) returned no later than Sunday, December 15th. This enables us to deliver the gifts to the families the weekend before Christmas Eve! Please check in with someone at the Connection Center so we can note that your gift has been returned!
