Confirmation at COH
is open to students entering 7th and 8th grade. It is led by Pastor Doug, his wife, Gretchen Seletzky, Selena Levy, and Tyler Raabe. Confirmation class typically meets once a week during the school year from 7:00 - 8:30 PM on Wednesdays at Community of Hope. Our first meeting will be September 16, 2026 for the Fall Youth Kickoff Campfire, starting at 6:30 PM to include a simple dinner over the fire together.
The purpose of Confirmation is to plant God’s word into students’ souls and help students to grow in Christ and develop an active faith of their own. Our time together includes opening worship with the other Wednesday small groups, engaging Bible study and catechism instruction, and prayer.
