COH Annual Trunk or Treat

Hey people of Hope! We’re so excited to spend a night of fun connecting with and blessing our neighbors at this year’s Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 23 from 7:00-8:00 PM (6:00 PM setup). We are looking for trunk hosts to make this evening a success! We will pass out candy indoors if we have inclement weather.
You also can drop off bags of candy to the office to be used as backup for trunk hosts if you want to support the event but cannot provide a trunk!
Please use this form to let us know if you’ll be hosting a trunk, or if you’d like to help out with other aspects of the event. Please also read the notes below. A few IMPORTANT notes:
*Volunteers must be 14 years or older, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
*Those hosting a trunk or volunteering for the event will need to commit to arriving at 6:00 PM (one hour before the event starts) in order to set-up and get in position!
*This event is rain or shine! However, especially if you participated last year, you will appreciate that we will move indoors if the weather is cold and rainy or snowy! You may want to think about portable options if bad weather is expected that night rather than from our trunks…maybe decorate a cooler, for example.
*Family friendly costumes and trunk decoration are encouraged and appreciated!
*Any candy you may have leftover is yours to take home to use for your neighborhood Trick or Treat! We will have extra bags of candy available but it is great if you can bring several bags of candy to start with (300 pieces of candy total would be very helpful).
